Trouble Logging In?

There are 4 possible reasons you are having trouble logging in.
Check which one is yours …

Reason 1 = 🏡 We Moved!

(… Well kind of)
 
We used to have two separate websites, and we’ve now merged everything into one main website (yay — no more confusion).
 
✅ What this means for you:
  • You now login in to Rewire HERE
  • You DO NOT need to repurchase anything.
  • Your Existing User Name and Password will still work (and if it doesn’t, simply reset your password)

Reason 2 = Are you in the Right Door (its a pun)

Remember Play School… when Miss Jane would say:
 
“Which door will we go through today?” 👀
 
There were always four doors… 🚪🚪🚪🚪
 
But don’t worry — we only have TWO doors. (Less guessing, more rewiring 😉)

Reason 3 = 🔑 Do you Have the Right Key (Login)?

Now you are at the right door, Before panic sets in… ask yourself:
 
🤔 Am I using the correct login for THIS door?
 
Because:
  • Same roof (website) ✅
  • Separate Entries (Different doors) ✅
  • Possibly different keys (different logins) ✅

Reason 4 = 🛠️ Still Having Trouble Logging In? Try This First

 
STEP 1️⃣: The Classic “Turn It Off and On Again”
Log out… then log back in.
👉 Yes, it sounds simple…
👉 Yes, it works more often than you think 😂
 
STEP 2️⃣: Clear Your Cache (A Fancy Way of Saying “Give Your Browser a Clean-Up”)
This helps fix loading issues and login glitches.
 
For Chrome:

1. Click the 3 dots (top right)

2. Go to Privacy and Security

3. Click Clear browsing data.

4. Select ‘All time’

5. Tick:

  • Cookies and other site data
  • Cached images and files

6. Click ‘Clear data’

7. Close and reopen Chrome.

(PS … those 7 steps is why we personally prefer not to use Chrome 😉)

 
Quick shortcut (most browsers):
  • Windows: Ctrl + Shift + Delete
  • Mac: Command + Shift + Delete
 
On iPhone/iPad:
  • Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data
 
STEP 3️⃣: Still Locked Out? 🚫🔑
If you gave tried all the options above and are still locked out of our website … it’s now time to call in reinforcements 💪

If your issue is because of Reason 4 and you skip Steps 1–2 and go straight to emailing us…
