The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interests, which include monitoring and improving our website and services that we offer to our customers.
We may process information contained in any enquiry you submit to us regarding your purchasing of goods and/or services. In this event, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address and phone number. We refer to this information as ‘Order Information’. This information may also be processed for the purposes of offering, marketing, and selling relevant goods and/or services to you. The legal basis for this processing is consent. When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
We may process information that you provide to us for the purpose of subscribing to our email notifications and/or newsletters. This information may be processed for the purposes of sending you relevant notifications and/or newsletters. The legal basis for this processing is the performance of a contract between you and us and/or taking steps, at your request, to enter such a contract.
We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our services to you, providing information to our clients and marketing. We may also use your Personal Information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose, in circumstances where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure. You may unsubscribe from our Your Space mailing list at any time by contacting us in writing.

Eye-motional Processes™ (EMP) will not charge any fee for your access request but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.
To protect your Personal Information, we require identification from you before releasing the requested information.
If you consider that our processing of your personal information infringes data protection laws, you have a legal right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority responsible for data protection within the country of your habitual residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.
Maintaining the Quality of your Personal Information
It is an important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We will take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete, and up to date. If you find that the information we have is not up to date or is inaccurate, please advise us as soon as practicable so we can update our records and ensure we can continue to provide quality services to you.
