If you consider that our processing of your personal information infringes data protection laws, you have a legal right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority responsible for data protection within the country of your habitual residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.

Maintaining the Quality of your Personal Information

It is an important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We will take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete, and up to date. Your Space is the FREE online Eye-motional Processes™ (EMP) membership, accessible upon purchasing any Eye-motional Processes™ Products or Courses, or when you join as a member via the Site. Subscribing to Your Space requires you to provide your consent.

Upon joining which you will receive our email notifications; monthly newsletters, and invites to free exclusive content to apply when viewing our free classes on our YouTube Channel or at our Private Facebook Group.

To make sure our email notifications and/or newsletters, never end up in your spam folder we recommend whitelisting emails coming from hello@eye-motionalprocesses.com. Whitelisting our email address means you add us to your approved senders list by adding us to your address book. Whitelisting saves us from ending up in your junk folder.
