I receive many emails from people grieving the loss of loved ones, especially the grief of loved ones who have passed from coronavirus. The main question I receive when it comes to this Process Orange emotion is, “How can I manage the emotional energy of my grief and loss?”

Firstly, it is so very important to state that grief is a personal journey with many healing factors and facets, and for each person it is a different experience. Because of this, it is necessary to process grief and loss in your own time and space, without any pressure from yourself, or others, to get through it, get over it, or get on with it.

As you travel the journey towards processing and integrating your grief and loss, there are things you can do to soothe your emotional energy to lighten the load. In this blog post, I join with some wonderful energy healers as well as a trauma survivor who share helpful ways to ‘energetically’ ease your grief….even just a little!!

The 2020 EMP™ Micro Summit focused on grief and finding a meaningful connection with your loved ones who has passed. I shared interviews with Sound Healer Nereace, Colour Healers Vicki Engeham and Tricia Sharkey as well as trauma survivor and Podcast producer, Irene Weinberg. Based on their personal experiences and professional knowledge, these ladies shared their incredible insight as well as helpful and loving methods to help you ease your grief through touch therapy, energy healing and other self-help tools.

  2. First off I want to say great blog! I had a quick question in which I’d like to ask if you don’t mind.

    I was curious to know how you center yourself and clear your
    mind before writing. I have had a difficult time clearing
    my thoughts in getting my ideas out. I do enjoy writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes tend to be wasted just trying to figure out how to
    begin. Any recommendations or hints? Cheers!

      In my experience all ‘blocks’ (including ‘Writer’s Block’), come from low-vibration emotions from within – emotions like ‘doubt, unworthy, frustration … you get the idea!
      Why do these exist? Because somewhere in our unconscious and subconscious conditioning, we have had experiences where we ‘put ourselves out there’ through our creative endeavors, and the response was not as we desired – make sense?
